I could post a number of embarassing looking pics of me during my larger days, but I thought I'd only post the one for the time being...until I reach my goal (or at least closer to it!).  In the meantime, this page is dedicated to the food that I used to cook and the goodies I used to bake.  My goal is that I'll be able to cook the same kind of food, just in a LCHF fashion.  So here is a tribute to the good old days, and looking forward to something better!
